Transition Age Youth Mental Health Services
Our TAY program services individuals aged 16-25. Services may include regular therapy sessions with a Clinician, as well as additional case management or skills building support to enhance the individual’s daily functioning and transition to independence.

TAY Hotline
Our TAY Hotline is available to youth and young adults aged 16-25 who may be experience a mental health crisis. We can provide timely virtual or in-person support to ensure individuals receive appropriate support during a difficult time.
