 nswering general information calls regarding Bill Wilson Center programs a
 nd services\, and helping families and individuals access the correct Bill
  Wilson Center program.\n \nAs a part of the Contact Cares program\, volun
 teers should expect:<ul>\n<li>A comprehensive in-depth training on many of
  the issues facing the callers and Bill Wilson Center clientele. Topics in
 clude boundaries and confidentiality\, child abuse\, elder abuse\, addicti
 ons\, HIV/AIDS\, death and grieving\, multiculturalism\, working with teen
 agers\, and communication.</li><li>Monthly support groups for telephone co
 unselors.</li><li>One 4-hour shift per week\, or 16 hours on the lines eac
 h month.</li><li>Flexible hours. Phone lines run 7 days a week from 7:00am
