Contact Cares

Telephone Counselor

Contact Cares telephone hotlines are staffed 24-hours by trained volunteers prepared to offer support in times of crisis, stability in times of confusion, empathy in times of pain, and referrals in time of need. For more information, click here.

Project Safe Place

Safe Place Community Outreach Coach

Provide coaching, mentoring, and encouragement for youth-led service and leadership program that informs children and youth about Project Safe Place. For a complete description, click here.

The Centre for Living With Dying

Grief Support

This is an opportunity for all persons wanting an enriching, heart-opening experience. Support someone in grief by lending open ears and a compassionate presence - and the gift that you will be giving to others will take you on a rewarding journey beyond your imagination. Independent Living Skills Program

Facilitator

Work with foster youth to develop independent living skills to prepare the youth when they age out of the system. For a complete description, click here.

Drop-In Center

Youth Advocate

Work directly with homeless youth in the Drop-in Center by serving food, distributing clothes and toiletries, and linking youth to community resources. For a complete description, click here.

Volunteer Case Aide Program

Case Aide

Bill Wilson Center's Volunteer Case Aide Program provides volunteers to assist county social workers with a variety of tasks for court dependent children, ages infant - 17 years of age, who are receiving services. For a complete description, click here.
