The following volunteer positions are available: Contact Cares Telephone Counselor Contact Cares telephone hotlines are staffed 24-hours by trained volunteers prepared to offer support in times of crisis, stability in times of confusion, empathy in times of pain, and referrals in time of need. Project Safe Place Safe Place Community Outreach Coach Provide coaching, mentoring, and encouragement for youth-led service and leadership program that informs children and youth about Project Safe Place. Drop-In Center Youth Advocate Work directly with homeless youth in the Drop-in Center by serving food, distributing clothes and toiletries, and linking youth to community resources. Volunteer Case Aide Program Case Aide Bill Wilson Center's Volunteer Case Aide Program provides volunteers to assist county social workers with a variety of tasks for court dependent children, ages infant - 17 years of age, who are receiving services.
