You can make a life-changing difference by opening your home to a special child.

Attend a free, no obligation Orientation to learn more. This Orientation is open to everyone who is interested in becoming a Bill Wilson Center adoptive or foster parent.

Areas covered in orientation include:

  • An overview of the child welfare system in California.

  • Descriptions of the children commonly in need of families.

  • An overview of our agency and a review of legal requirements and applications.

We welcome you to join us on the first Thursday of the month from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

Foster Care Orientation will be held at Bill Wilson Center's San Jose office located at:
