Case
Manager I — Youth
and Family Mental Health Services — Bilingual (English/Spanish) Working within the vision, core values and commitment of Bill Wilson Center, and under the general supervision of the Program Manager for Youth & Family Mental Health Services, this position provides service coordination (case management), service plans, and individual and family therapy; conducts activities that assist youth in improving, maintaining, or restoring functional skills; assists and supports youth in accessing needed services including vocational, medical, social and other community services; and assists youth in obtaining or maintaining living arrangements. This position manages activities to meet key Medi-Cal performance results, monitors data reliability of required reports to determine compliance, participates in meetings, and other duties as assigned by the Program Manager Youth & Family Mental Health Services. Case Manager I — Drop-In Center
Under the supervision of the Drop-In Center Program Manager, the Case
Manager is responsible for providing case management services to homeless and runaway

Office Assistant/Billing Clerk Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination, greets clients, completes paperwork to open cases in Medi-Cal Unicare system. Provides youth supervision, individual and group counseling, and support services for youth. BA degree from four year college or university or one to two years related experience or training and experience working with adolescents preferred. Salary is $11.50/hour.
